Castellano Custom Furniture, a family run business based in Portland Oregon, handcrafts sofas, couches, chairs, and custom seating using the best materials, sustainable business practices, and old-world techniques.

Designed for everyday living, Castellano Custom Furniture combines high style with durability to create a piece of furniture tailored exactly to you and your family.  Castellano designs each piece to work seamlessly with your life. 

All of our furniture is constructed from Northwest hardwoods, recycled metal springs and locally poured foam which allows us to build a high quality product while reducing our carbon footprint. In fact, we are so sure of the quality of our product that we warranty it for life, ensuring your comfort for years to come. 

Castellano is a family owned business with deep Northwest roots. We love this place, the beauty of the area and the sustainability ethic that is so strong, particularly in Portland.

We use alder wood that comes from the Northwest and our foam is made is right here in Portland. Our springs are made from recycled steel and we use batting material made from recycled drink bottles. All of our manufacturing waste is either reused or recycled.

Every piece we build is a part of our legacy and the start of something new for our clients. It’s why we think furniture is much more than just a thing to place in the home and why everything we make is 100 percent custom, 100 percent you.
